August 2017 Games With Gold Announced

Major Nelson revealed this coming month’s Games With Gold titles, and there are some heavy hitters in the fray. Slime Rancher will be downloadable on August 1 and available through August 31 – making its debut with the service and normally costing $20. Trials Fusion joins the fray on August 16 and will last until September 15, while Xbox 360 owners can enjoy Bayonetta and Red Faction Armageddon – offering up both a fast-paced spectacle shooter and then a first-person shooting adventure. This is an outstanding month for games, with Slime Rancher in particular looking like an enjoyable mix of first-person rangling and a bit of an FPS viewpoint. Bayonetta is a classic and well-worth subbing just to get that, while Red Faction and Trials are solid and incredible respectively.
