Games With Gold Rundown for April 1-15

The first half of the month for Games With Gold users is outstanding. You can still get EVOLVE: Ultimate Edition, Ryse: Son of Rome, and Darksiders.  EVOLVE was a rare AAA-level game made available on the service, and it’s one that is available for an entire month. Ryse is an Xbox One launch title that many expected to be on the service long before, but at least it finally made it on there. It’s a gorgeous cinematic-centric brawler with solo and team-based war attacks.

It isn’t a very in-depth game, but it is a lot of fun and remains beautiful. Darksiders was a bit of a hidden gem when it was first released, but since then, it has gained a reputation for being an outstanding, but a bit unfinished with well-crafted 3D Legend of Zelda-style gameplay. It has been available for PC users at next to nothing in Humble Bundles, but this is the first time it’s been made available for free on consoles.
